Is www.banggood.com is a real site?

Can any one confirm this http://www.banggood.com is a real site or another form of internet fraud.
I order something 45 days before and payed for the same.but I didnt receive the item yet. I already contacted their customer. but didt get any positive responce.

That 4 year old site is Chinese registered so your legal recourse may be limited.
