help on a hard computer issue?
trying to clean up a laptop, windows 7, explorer 11. trying to get rid of something called my search dial. I did remove it from the program, yet when I went to manage add on and to search providers, it is listed there. when I right click on the other search providers I can click on remove; but when I right click on search dial, I see the word remove but unable to click on it. MSE acts like its not there and ive tried anti malware bytes. any help?

Install on computer Google Chrome.Uninstall I.E.11.Using Chrome re-install I.E.11.
