I recently made a Space twitter. Everything is dedicated to the cosmos. What can I do to gain followers?

You can try http://www.socialclerks.com/ - its a twitter exchange website where you can actually earn followers by selecting your related interests.

But let me give you an advice, create a normal followers data base, at least for starters, this will bump your future followers by showing them you are popular enough to follow.
