How do you migrate friends from Facebook to your page?

I work at a local business and we a facebook profile. We recently switched it over to a facebook page. We heard that there is a way that you can switch your friends to "Likes." Is this possible? It would be much appreciated if you could help. Thanks.

Usually you can migrate Friends into Fans and set up your page at the same time.

Since you already have your page set up, I suggest following the migration steps ,then merging the 2 identical pages.
