two internet connections to one pc?
Currently I have two different internet connections, one wifi and one ADSL. I cannot cancel the ADSL since I am stuck in a contract.
My questions are: 1 - can I connect my computer to the two connections?? 2 - if yes, can I make program X use wifi and program Y use the ADSL?? Ads |

What you are looking for is called a Dual WAN Router. It accepts two ethernet internet connections and some also accept a ISDN backup connection. I bought one of these a while back thinking I could combine two 2.0mb connections and get 4mb, but that is not the case. It will load balance, but you will not get twice the speed.
I hoe this helps. For more help: http://www.iyogi.net/setup-install-internet.html |
