I tweet mostly about fashion my daily life makeup and random stuff really!!! Is there any free websites that are not dodgy and spam? I'd really like to check it out!

Look up #TeamFollowBack

they will help you get followers

You can always advertise on your tumblr, facebook, whatever.

Or make a blog or something about fashion and whatnot and who knows maybe people will read it.

Look up Google adsense. It should help with some traffic.
