Ipod touch internet connection?

I am using Internet on my iPod touch, but I am using my neighbors unsecured network/connection. Is it possible that my neighbor is able to see where I have been on the Internet with the connection, and maybe see my passwords on the web if I use them??

You should not input passwords on an unsecured internet connection. Even if your neighbors are not hackers anybody in the surrounding area with the right equipment can sniff out your passwords.
