How to hide my self on Facebook chat to someone specific?

Click on the chat box to the right.
You should see a small cog (circle thing) on there click it,
Next, click "Advance Settings"
Then, type the person's name and click enter, the person will be out of your chat. and will also not see you as "Online".

you can just select the offline option on the chat then no buddy can see you on chat

Don't worry dear,
just open your profile and look in upper right corner.
Here is an arrow option, when you open it you look a setting option.
Just press it and going into your setting panel.
Here you look in your left menu, a privacy option is there, just press it.
Now just manage your privacy setting as you want . . .
