This is slowing down my internet?

Since a few days ago, whenever I open Google images, it takes longer than usual to load. On the bottom right of the window, its says "waiting for http://transactionads.online-adnetwork.com/"
Is this happening to you? Does anyone know what this is? Should I be worried? Idk if this has to do anything with this, but I've been having some problems with Snap.do and I uninstalled it but it's still on my computer/internet. I use Google chrome by the way.

first of all reboot your laptop or computer...then go to run by clicking windows+R and type %temp%...delete all the temporary files...and go to run and type cmd....here also delete temporary files.....also delete the history of your browser
it may also be possible that your computer is hacked so go to your google accounts and have two step security to access your account...this would block the hacker.....avoid going to websites which got malwares so download avast online security for chrome from this link...
