Hello Sahil,

For all bookmarking sites, you may saw options like Vote It, Rate It, Thumbs Up etc.

Every post need some votes to get into active state. I mean If you get some 3 to 4 votes for your post, then it will be in published mode.

Just notice that every home page of social bookmarking site would have some number for every posts. It means that user has voted for that posts.

So when your posts get voted, then your posts will be published on site.
