How do I get over this?
I hate this. Everything I do Im just not enjoying. I've been going through phases of depression to phases of moderate happiness. But depression seems to last longer.

I see pics of my ex and her new bf and it just makes me jealous and depressed. I constantly think about her, it's hard not to.

Its been months but she had such an easier time with the break up and moved on so quickly that it makes me feel like I am worthless. But seriously, how can you move on after a year and a half relationship so easily, I feel like she completely forgot me. I seriously feel like theres no girl that was that perfect for me.

How does life get better from here?

Honestly, maybe it's time you got back out there and found a new girl. Find someone else that makes you happy. Do you think your ex girlfriend is worried about you? Truth is, she isn't. She's thinking of her life and her boyfriend. And it's time you do the same!

Maybe hang out with friends or get a new girl!

Stop looking at pics of her online. Cut out anything that reminds you of her. I watched my bro go through this with a girl he was with. He kept obsessing every time her status updates would pop up on twitter or FB or watever. Block her on all accounts, stop listening to sad music and go have fun outdoors with good friends. the next girl will be better i promise.
