How to maintain Page Rank of a domain?

If I buy a domain that is going to be expired in some days and has a PR-4, Will I get the same PR if i use it with my own contents??

Since it will keep all the same backlinks it should get some PR there. If this domain name expires you won't be able to register it right away. It will probably take about 3 months until it's available for registration, and even than someone can snatch it right under you if they use some backorder service.
