how do I fix my google chrome?

google chrome has blank blue screen

Try re-installing it. go to control panel, uninstall programs, then fine Google chrome and right click, click unninstall or change, then continue with the pop ups. then download again

just re install it ..
if u are afraid of ur contents like passwords, bookmarks and settings like stuffs ..

sync ur google chrome with ur gmail account which will help u to recover , extensions , bookmarks , passwords, settings etc
