INTERNET CONNECTION: Making it?
Can I make my own internet connection? How? I'm tired with paying DSL or BROADBAND wherein the download rate is at first 100 kbps then it would go down to 23 kps then a lot lower...Help?

You can't technically make your own internet connection, it's virtually impossible. What you can do is power-cycle your computer and resseet your router and maybe disconnect the router, reboot your machine, and then reset the router and connect it to your machine. If all else fails, then the only thing I can suggest is to call your internet provider's service or help line, and they should be able to guide you through the process. Hope this helped!

Wouldn't that be nice, then everybody could have free internet. Sounds like you have some kind of technical glitch. Either that or someone else is hogging all your bandwidth. Good luck.

You can, all you have to do is get a cheaper internet channel (I'd say China or Mexico servers) and put some Dell or IBM server at your house......my speed goes up to 1mbps download and 700 kbps upload
