I appear to have 28 likes on facebook, but I can not figure out what pages i like on facebook?
in order to find and unlike all the pages on facebook i like, I unliked them all i could find. but once i had done that, it still says i have 28 likes. anyone else have this problem?

You have to personally visit the page and unlike it. If you did so then refresh your page and then try again!
