About SEO tweak. How to get the contain pull up by Google.?

I have a web site where I have Q&A section too. But the questions there is not pulling up by google search or yahoo search. Is there any SEO tweak I can do. Any idea???

It is like yahoo answers but it doesn't pull up by search engine.

Are the questions open up as a different page with answers?
Have you checked whether the page is readable with any seo browser view or google bot view?
