pdq is correct. There's pretty much no point to buying fake chips. If you're a half-decent poker player you'll win chips quickly. If you're not then you'll just lose those billion chips just as fast.

I don't know what Zynga's rules are about buying chips outside of their site but most games consider that to be cheating and will cancel your account if you're caught. For that reason alone, most of the sellers are simply scammers. It's not worth the risk.
