Can you really make money on znz one by posting ads on Craigslist?

Hi I'm posting ads on Craigslist for about a week and a half and all I get is leads but no referrals so I'm wonder if I doing something wrong or I just have to wait a little longer.

People rarely make significant money with those referral/rewards sites typically they have a member referral system that makes it profitable to fabricate tales of making big money.
