Can you follow anyone on Instagram? Like who you don't really know....I made an instagram 2 days ago. I don't have many friends. Can you follow anyone on instagram? I want more friends but I'm shy and don't want to seem like a stalker...

Yea you can follow anyone on instagram if their account is private you have to wait for them to accept your following, and if you want followers really bad just try following random people as long as they follow back they won't think your a stalker
