Google Analytics is a free web analytics tool offering detailed visitor statistics. The tool can be used to track all the usual site activities: visits, page views, pages per visit, bounce rates and average time on site etc. But it can also be used to specifically track Adsense traffic ?

BTW Google Analytics doent help in SEO positioning or ranking it just offers visitors stats..

Google Analytics can help because you can see what is working so far on your site. What works well for me is to find out which key words and key word phrases i am ranking for within the top 20 or to 30. Then i focus on further optimizing those pages for those key words and building more links pointing to those pages in order to bump them into the top 10.
