FaceBook misunderstanding?

I've recently been getting a whole bunch of text messages sent from Facebook. The messages were asking me to click on some link to verify my phone number. I have a Facebook but I haven't been on it in years so I was confused. After the third text message I clicked on the link just to shut it up. After I clicked on it, it send me to a Facebook that wasn't mine. Now my phone number is connected to some random Spanish girls page whom I don't know. I tried to remove it but it asked me to put in her password and guess what I don't know it. Someone please tell me anyway to remove it. I really don't what my phone number publicly displayed on her page / synced with her accounted. Also not to mention the random Facebook notifications texts. So annoying oh my gosh

Sorry, but you've been scammed. Contact Facebook and tell them the problem. Hopefully, they can correct it from their end.
