Now I deleted the posts now but I think my contacts saw and some of them are friends I've known for awhile and family. I'm so emberassed please help, would you hate someone who did this? I was caught up in the moment because I believed that someone stole my fwb... We are not really dating but I got really emotional and was swearing.. But then I said life sucked and it was the same shit but a different pile... I don't know, so now I think my contacts may hate me. I deleted all the posts should I just avoid facebook for awhile? And will I stop getting invited to stuff because of what I did?
The thing is, she didn't start anything. It's just sometimes when I see someone it reminds me of something and I start putting scenarios in my head, and it did happen, I go with my gut and I just go sooo angry.

Living on facebook is really sad. Fighting there, is even worse. I do not look very highly of people that choose this way to interact with others. It is a cesspool of misunderstandings and animosities and much more, as you can see. It doesn't take a genius to see that this way of interacting with people is asking for trouble and problems.

People use FB for all kinds of duplicitous crap. Most of it is cheating and gossip.

If I were you, I'd delete the whole thing and not use it...ever. Almost assuredly if you go back to it, you will go right back doing the same ridiculous stuff that got you here to begin with.

Do yourself a favor and delete it and when you want to talk to someone...go visit them, call, email, and if you must....text.

It actually sounds like you do not have much control in your life. You have a Friends With Benefits "relationship", which is just three fancy words for "I have casual sex". And then you go off and get angry about "scenarios in my head" ?

Girl, get a grip of yourself. facebook is cyber communication and is almost always taken out of context. People form opinions on a string of just a few words as they assume the rest. So, please leave facebook alone for a while and concentrate on the real here and the real now.

It really sounds like you need to re evaluate your life and get some priorities in line so you can live in the moment and make choices that will advance your life as you move forward. FWB and anger issues are bad, bad, bad.
