Its already Tuesday. I'd send her another message. If she doesn't respond after a second one and you know she's on FB everyday - then I guess you aren't really friends.

If it is something urgent you asked your friends, why would you ask them via Facebook?
Couldn't you just send a textmessage, email, give them a call or ask them in person?

Me, myself, usually don't look at Facebook and that's why I usually don't respond on messages. So if someone sents me a Facebook message that I should really read, they have to let me know they did.
