How do I change the privacy settings in a Facebook page? I want to make it so only certain people can see it and not show up on google? I am an admin on the group.

you Dont have that control On a Facebook page only Profiles Have that control and plus there is no setting that restricts it from showing on google

I haven'g been on facebook in awhile but there was a way to block things from appearing in google. However that pertained to profile, not pages. Whatever may impact pages today would be because you made some profile changes and as the page creator the page possibly being impacted.
