title update through usb xbox?

title update through usb xbox?
Hello i do not have an internet connection so obviously no xbox live, so i cannot download the title update for skyrim i have tried putting a TU in my usb in my xbox's cache folder but it simply does not work and yes my xbox is a normal xbox 360.
