im having trouble talking in school and talking to a girl i like?

I haven't been talllking in school for 4 yrs and became friends with the girl I liked 3 wks ago and we r friends on facebook to and we've been talking on facebook and I've been trying to talk in school but I just keep hesitating. In 8th period Alison (the girls name) sits behind me and I have better chances of talking to her in 8th period and she has a best friend and I always hear them talking behind me and I've been always thinking about trying to join their conversations but I kept hesitating and I can't help it. But me and alison have talked together before we were walking in the hallway alone talking and that was one of my best talks with herald I talked to her during a lab to but I have a better chance of talking to her if she talks to me first but I need to start trying to start a conversation with her by me talking to her first and I've said something to her first before to start a chat but those sayings from to her were just questions and the questions I asked her didn't lead to a conversation. Alison talks to her best friend more than talking to me and she hasn't been talking to me lately she's been talking to her bf most often and its just hard for me to start a conversation with her cause when I talk in school I talk in a low voice and in order to get her attention I need to speak up and she's always talking to her bf but I just kept hesitating can u please help me on not trying to hesitate when trying to talk in school and trying to talk to alison

This happens to alot of guys trust me but if its easier just talk to her when you see her in the hallway alone because there wont be her friend of bf there and you should just be confident and not think about the bad things that might happen when you try talking to her and her friend.

be the conversation starter! ask her how she's doing, or compliment her outfit or hair. girls love that. tell her a stupid corny joke because maybe that'll get her attention. (or not) . you can ask to be her partner in school projects and other stuff. don't hesitate ! be yourself!
