What hotels near Heathrow have a fast internet connection? For fluid video conferencing.?

Which hotel would you recommend/not recommend for high speed internet, (wired and wifi if possible) near Heathrow airport in the UK? Hotel websites often say "high speed internet" but its not that fast. I need it for video conferencing with fluid video and microphone upload and download.

I don't know but you are right to be suspicious. Broadband speeds generally in the U.K. are far slower than in other developed countries and in areas of high use like airports, slower still. I would go for an upmarket hotel that markets itself specifically to business people
