Backtracking or Keylogging iphone 5?

Hi,
My teenage sister was involved with drugs and alcohol and as a result my parents had to send her to a boarding school. She was using my little brothers iphone5 and she had her facebook and twitter/instagram logged into the phone. I was wondering if there is a way we can backtrack the device or do any past keylogging to control it? In other words, is there a way we can find out what her passwords are so we can find out what her plans were?

She is a very convincing liar and is not honest during the therapy calls. We want to find out her true deeds and intentions via the messages on the device.

I know that there is software to spy children's usage but is there a way to find out previous usage history?

Normally, I feel terrible invading her privacy but as the people who love her and have her best interests at heart, we have a right to know especially considering the fact that we paid for the phone. This is through verizon btw.
