how to play battlefield 2142 without internet connection?

i have an computer with battlefield 2142 installed on it but wont let me play because it has no internet connection...is there anyway around this so i can play BF2142 without internet connection,

i had this same problem
and im sorry to say there is no way to play it

When i rang up the company i argued with them for 30 minutes lol
It says on the box internet connection required
