cannot download files, how do i resolve the problem?
I am currently unable to open files and do know how to correct the problem

I don't know what exactly you are asking. Are you unable to open them? Or are you unable to download them. It's all software specific. What is the file extension...(like mp4 mp3 exe ink). Also, it might be your browser. Right click on the file and click save file as... or use google chrome or chromium to download it. You can also use mozilla.
