Text or facebook on my crush's birthday?

My crush, who has a crush on me too, and who I have almost never spoken to and practically everyone knows I like him has birthday today. Should I send him happy birthday on text or on facebook?
Almost no one has done it on facebook, and everyone would see, but on text he may show that I texted him to his friends and I really don't want that to happen.
It's late now as well and I'm not sure if he'll see it before tomorrow.

It's up to you! If I were you I'd text him-just go for it! I'm sure he won't show anyone, just send him a quick happy birthday because he's probably wishing that you'll say it to him. If you're his crush then all he's going to want is to here 'happy birthday' from you so text him now! It'll make him smile I promise, plus it'll be better than over Facebook because it'll seem more personal to him go for it and don't worry about him showing anyone, I'm sure he won't, just type that message and press enter!
