how do I get some people to read my new blog?

Okay, so I created a new blog today and made my first post

and I want to know how to get some people to read my blog. I've told my friends, but I want more of a variety of readers. It's a girl blog, and I'm going to write posts like makeup reviews, random posts, tutorials, etc. So how do I get more readers?? (Btw I don't have Instagram, tumblr, Facebook, etc, so I can't advertise on those sites.) Any help will be appreciated thank u so much
