Did eBay track the IP address I used when setting up my account, or also the one I've used recently?
I am setting up a new eBay account so from what I understand I need to change my IP address. (My account has gone down hill after some impatient and unsympathetic buyers left nasty reviews when shipments were delayed due to a death in my family. It seems best to just start over.) I've moved out of state since I first set up the account, do I really need a new IP address?

If you moved out of state and using another ISP you get the IP that your new ISP assigns.
