internet connection on the Wii?

how do i get internet connection on my Wii? i have internet at my house (duh) but i don't know how to get it on the Wii. please help?!
well i have WiFi for my laptop but i don't really know that much about my Wii and everything... and whats an internet password?!

Well this happened to me. I was trying to get it on the Wii but I had to find my internet password. So all you have to do is go to settings on the Wii click on the internet select what type of connection and all that. YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOUR INTERNET PASSWORD! Though if you can't find it out go to WalMart and get a Nintendo Wi-Fi Connector. Good Luck

You need either a Wireless Router, Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector, or AOSS-Compatible wireless USB dongle/adapter for a wireless connection. Or, you can use the Wii LAN Adapter for a wired connection.
