Are elected officials who have served more than one term Poster Children for Term Limits?
Can you agree that from the President Of the United States down to the lowliest Curcuit Judge, anyone who has served a term ought to be told "thanks for your service" and hand them a plaque or something and not let them run again?

We need to extinquish the idea that elected officials are infected with, that they are part of some kind of elite and entitled to special pay, privileges, posting their privates of Twitter, etc,

This might make someone who gets elected decide they need to represent the people who elected them and not the political party.

What do you think?

Their are no term limits in the constitution.

The founders believed we had the right to elect who we wanted without artificial constraints.

Republicans changed that because it didn't suit their agenda. So much for the right's claim of respecting the constitution.

This problem if the fault of the voters not term limits. If those elected do not represent the wishes of those that voted for them don't continue to reelect them. This is not rocket science. Your voice is your vote but in order to be heard you must cast your vote.
