why wont my laptop get any internet connection anymore?

its a vista and it did an update and not it wont detect any internet connections, what can i do?/ should i take it to a repair shop?? any info will really help, thanks

should be a sliding deal on your laptop that lets you turn wifi on and off. make sure it on

Theres n0thing wr0ng with your computer just your internet connection but first...Refresh it ..then try to your internet modem, if still n0t w0rking contact your internet operator...
