How do i use a saved image on my computer as my tumblr blog background?

i don't understand any of the custom html and ive tried everything! someone pls help!

If you don't understand something, find a tutorial using google.

If you want to use an image on your computer, first upload it to imgur.com - click on the image once you have uploaded it, and copy the image URL in the address bar of your browser. Use that URL when you add the code as shown in the tutorial above. The URL is the link to your image file.
