I have this google virus I'm desperate to get rid of can somebody please help!?

Every time I click something on any website now this window pops up,or these ads that never use to be there on YouTube,Bing,& even right now on yahoo answers. I've uninstalled Google chrome like 3 times & even virus checked my computer 3-4 times & the first to I got cleaned them out & restarted & yet nothing... please can somebody help me I'm going insane trying to find this out......

This is safe and will remove most malware.

Use a trusted antivirus such as MalwareBytes, and try Firefox too.

Go to 'Bleeping Computer' or Wilders Security Forum where you will get experts who will have you run tests and scans. It will take a few days, ut these guys are good.
