Internet Connection Sharing problem?
I'm trying to connect my xbox 360 to the internet via my PC. I'm told to enable Internet COnnection Sharing under the Advanced tab of my network properties, but no such box exists. Can someone give advice to enable ICS in real English, without 90% of the jargon?
Thats the point though, I've done all that, but the box for INternet COnnection Sharing just doesn't appear, it just isn't there.

Plug the cable or DSL modem into your computer using the USB cable. Let it install the necessary software. If it asks for a cd with the software, use the software provided with the modem.

On the XP computer, Click on the Start button and Select Control Panel. Double click on Network Connections.

Use your mouse's right button and click on the Local Area Connection and select Properties. Click on the Advanced tab at the TOP of the Properties window. You should see the Internet connection sharing option. Follow the prompts in the Wizard. Be sure to use the USB adapter you just installed as the Internet connection and the Local Area Connection as the local area adapter.
