Google chrome isn't working?

So basically when I try to open google chrome or it in private browsing it says "Unable to access the network" and then a "more" option. When I click more it tells me it's probably the firewall blocking it. So I went to my firewall settings and added it to the allow list but it still doesn't work. Literally two hours ago it was working. So now I am using firefox. It also says on the chrome page "Error code: ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED" any ideas on how to fix this? also resetting the modem and computer doesn't work.

Do same settings in Firefox as well.
