Is it a crime? If anyone maintains an anti page on fb?

my friend hates an actor!
He created an anti page.
I want experts to answer it
1) is it a crime if we maintain such pages?
2) in case if it is a crime. Is there any chance for police to catch the admins. I mean fb admins are not visible to everyone. They are kept secret by fb. So hw cn these police catch these anti page admins.

its not a crime unless he is putting ther persons personal life out without concent, putting their life in danger or slandering their name basically anything that you would sue or call the cops for if someone was to do to you, they shouldnt do it. and yes the cops can get it, they just need a warrent and fb has to give it to them or they will be abstacting justice. i was in the law academy in hs
