My anti-virus keeps making me lose internet connection?

I am currently using Kaspersky, every time I go on my laptop for more than 6 minutes the internet connection gets lost and I have to restart the frigging computer for it to work for another 6 minutes. How do I make it stop doing this???? HELP ME

There is no reason Kaspersky should do that.I would disable it and then go online and see if it is the problem.If you no longer have the issue then it is Kaspersky and you need to go to Kaspersky forums or kaspersky support.It's not likely that you are the only one to have the problem and you should be able to get a answer there.

Download Avast free antivirus and uninstall Kaspersky, if that is really the problem. I have used Avast for 7+ years with no problems and with virus definitions updated at least once a day.
