I sold an item on ebay?
I sold an item on ebay, and it went for far to cheap, I wrote on the description that I would need immediate payment, the item ended at 6am and the I sent the buyer an email at 11am saying I will not need payment as the item hasn't been paid for and I ended it because it was now 11, anyway the buyer ignored my email and paid at 3pm I told the buyer I would immediately pay back the refund, which I would, but now they are refusing the refund and demanding the item. Who is in the wrong here, do I have to ship the items, or can I just give them a refund.
I do not want to send the items, as they went for far to cheap.
I tried to end the item, but because it was ending in under 12 hours, I could not end.

Sorry, but they are in the right. If the item was too low you should have ended it before the auction ended (you have that option to do so), not send an email after the fact. You need to send them the item or you'll get in trouble with ebay.

You have no choice, by law you have to send them the item. Otherwise you can and will lose your ebay account. The buyer would be in their right to sue you.

You knew the item was low, ebay gives you a time to cancel the auction if you feel it is too low. And when you place the item up for bid, you can have a set price, meaning that you give the amount that your hoping for. If that amount is not reached even if someone has bided on it. They will no have won unless that set price was reached.,

You're out of luck. You must abide by ebays rules/

I agree with Linds. If you were unable o end the auction yourself, you should have contacted ebay to have them do it for you. Maybe try calling ebay now to see if there is anything they can do for you.
