Do you think Twitter is turning into Facebook?

All of these "retweet in 40 seconds for good luck" "this photo is cursed, if you don't retweet in 2 seconds this person will be in your room at 3:56am" "retweet if you love your mom, favorite if you hate her." This is all I see on Twitter now!! What is this crap!! I came on Twitter to get away from these things on Facebook!!!! Do you think Twitter is turning into Facebook?

omg now that i think about it, i do realize how similar they are. i think it's happening because a ton of annoying facebook people and starting to use twitter now because a lot of people use it and they're bringing it onto twitter.

it's actually so annoying i used twitter because i got away from people in my school and now they're all coming onto twitter. i think by next year twitter will be the "facebook" of social media and while it'll have a ton of users, it'll be really annoying and i'll probably stop using it and just use tumblr.
