To Tweet At Someone For it to Show up On There Page Type @ And Than There Username you Wont See it on There Profile Until They Reply Back to your Tweet But it Does Go To There Twitter Page

To Send them Personal Direct Messages They Have to Follow you and you Have to Follow them As Well Once you Both are Following Each Other On the Persons Profile Click on the Envelop Direct message Button and you Can Send them a Message
