Netflix not working on xbox 360?

Netflix not working on xbox 360?
Okay so I recently got netflix and I download the Xbox 360 app for it too so I could watch it on my TV, but when I downloaded it it says "cannot connect to netflix" I haven't even been able to log in yet, I have no problems with it on my computer at all, I have un-installed the app then re-installed it, restarted my console ect but nothing seems to be working, any idea on how to fix it?

Try resetting your internet connection.

Do you have an XBox Live gold account? The Netflix app doesn't work with the free silver account.
