How do I get the new Yahoo answers format?
For some odd reason I am stuck in the old green format and I don't like it. I used to have the new purple format beofre but then it changed back to the old greed one back in early November, 2013, so I thought that they ended the trial or something but apparently everyone still has it? Everyone else has the new purple format Sad How do I get it? Thanks.

You can try a different browser.

I use Google Chrome, and when Y!A switched from green to purple, it was a permanent change. Never once has mine reverted to the green format. I've also had NO problems with the new format using this browser.

You can download and install Chrome (it's free, and only takes a minute ... you might like the AdBlock Plus feature, too), here:

If you don't like it, it's just as easy to un-install. No harm in trying it.

There can be a few reasons:
- You use IE in Compatibility Mode
- You use Opera Browser 12 or elder or some Exotic
- elder Safari; it's got a build-in User Agent Switch: set it to some Firefox or IE8
- a wrong browser-cookie: delete them

Use a modern browser and add a User Agent , switch it to IE8 or later or Firefox/Chrome.
But there is no guarantee to get to Purple!
