Are many of the pages the same? Duplicate content or large portions of pages with the exact same content will cause Google to ignore those pages. This includes duplicate titles and descriptions. This is by far the biggest reason Google does not return the pages of some websites in results. Google filters out pages that they see as duplicate.

Each of your 200 pages needs a separate theme that is related to your main theme and each page need about three key phrases within that pages theme to rank that page.

Unique content on each page.

There could be other issues that cause Google to ignore some pages on your site but the ones above are most likely the reason.

There are a couple of issues.

Firstly, you don't seem to have many links to the site from other sources so it may just take a while to get indexed.

Secondly, you don't have very much textual content due to the nature of the website. I'm not sure how you address this but I think you need a fair bit more text. Even the 'about us' section is currently blank.

I think you should start by submitting a link to http://www.dmoz.org in a suitable category.
