how can i clear my email pages of ad s?

my email folders and inbox keep showing unwanted ads how can I permanently/persistently clear them

PUT it in some filters in your gmail / yahoo mail settings and move to the spam.

or

while you are open your emails in your computer, in right side, if you getting some ads it is in free account not in premium account . if you upgrade the account you will not see any ads in your mail accounts

or

use any email client for all your emails like "thunderbird" is very useful
