AML Registry Cleaner affecting internet connection?
I use AML's Free Registry cleaner. One day after cleaning the registry keys up, I could no longer connect to the internet. After restoring the back up I made, I could connect again. What are some keys that are responsible for internet connections so I can put them on an ignore list?

You did the right thing to create a backup - it looks like AML reg cleaner cleaned up some left over registry keys perhaps from some driver software that was not properly uninstalled in the past or from malware. Rather than hunting around for registry keys to add to an ignore list, try a more reliable registry cleaner such as the one included in Comodo System cleaner
free here
http://system-cleaner.comodo.com/

it already has a comprehensive ignore list that safeguards internet explorer, network and instant messaging protocols so your internet connection won't break accidentally; in addition, it identifies entries too dangerous to delete. By default (in options) Comodo creates a registry backup before cleaning.

There are free tools that can attempt to "fix" internet connection problems -
Winsock XP Fix and XP TCP/IP repair are both free -

You can use a freeware 'Privacy and Registry Cleaner'. It protects your privacy by erasing the tracks of offline and online activities. It also optimizes your system registry by finding and removing errors and invalid entries. You can find it at any of the following:
